The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") requires all websites to inform parents and legal guardians about how they collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age. While we believe anything that is put in place to protect children online is beneficial, it is generally not enough. To exceed the minimum requirements of COPPA, we have restricted not only access to certain parts of our websites, but we have also restricted the iLAND5.com registration process as well.
